Work has commenced on a new homes development in Lincoln village

Lincoln-based developers, Waddington Developments Ltd have recently started work on a two phase project to build 35 new homes in the Lincoln Village of Ingham.  The site is situated, just as you enter the Village along Lincoln Road  and will comprise of a selection of 2,3,4 & 5 Bedroomed Family Homes.

The new homes will be released in two phases,  with the first range of properties due to be finished in Spring – Summer 2018.

Mr Colin Daniels, from Waddington Developments Ltd has previously been involved with other exclusive small developments in villages such as Nettleham and Waddington and is very excited to be involved with another development located in the lovely village of Ingham.
