  • State Pension or Benefits Book / Notification Letter*
  • Inland Revenue Tax Notification
  • Resident Permit issued to EU Nationals by Home Office
  • Firearms Certificate

Evidence of Address

  • Current Local Authority Tax Bill
  • Bank/Building Society Statement or Passbook - within last 3 months
  • Most Recent Mortgage Statement
  • Local Authority Rent Card or Tenancy Agreement
  • Utility Bill received within the last 3 months (not mobile phone)
  • Current UK / EU Photo Driving License*
  • State Pension or Benefits Book / Notification Letter*

* These items may be used to evidence identity or address, but not both.
