All members of our team thoroughly buy into our enhanced service and will go the extra mile for all clients.

We have great staff loyalty with almost 50% of our team having been with Mundys for over 10 years and have 2 members of staff who have left for pastures new and then returned!

All staff have in-house training and are encouraged and supported to take further qualifications.

We often promote from within and examples of this are Hymie Bentley who joined Mundys in 2005 as an Accompanied Viewer and is now a Chartered Surveyor and Partner and Chris Laughton who joined in 2004 as an Accompanied Viewer and is now an Associate Partner and Valuer.
