We’re going green with new electric car!

At Mundys we’re adopting a greener lifestyle with a brand new BMW i3s.

We acquired the electric car from local car dealership Soper BMW. It’s the first of its kind for our business and, Tom Bell, a member of our valuation team will have the privilege of driving the car to carry out house valuations across the County.

The BMW i3 boasts zero driving emissions, an electric range of up to 193 miles, plus an annual fuel saving of up to £1342, versus petrol.

Tom commented: ’“The switch to an electric car was totally supported by Senior Partner, Simon Bentley in a bid to adopt a greener approach to business. It’s inevitable that we have to drive around the County visiting prospective customers, and as a nation we must do more to cut our CO2 emissions. We all have a role to play, so it’s definitely a step in the right direction to help reduce our daily carbon footprint.”

We’ve seen vast business expansion in the past 12 months, with a new office in Market Rasen and new housing developments; the most recent being in Ingham, Lincolnshire. As estate agents in Lincoln, our Sales Representatives and Valuers have the task of battling the busy Lincolnshire traffic to meet customers on site and we rely heavily on quality cars to get us to the job.

Our Senior Partner, Simon Bentley adds: “We’re a business full of activity with housing developments and new sales at every turn.
