This October we’re doing things slightly differently.   We’ve planted our very own patch this year, and while it’s next door, it is totally separate from the farm.   So, you’ll be able to visit this and select your own pumpkins to buy without paying Farm Park entry.

Take your pick of the Doddington Pumpkin Patch this October with thirty different varieties of pumpkins, squash and gourds to choose from. Enter via the Gatehouse in front of the Elizabethan Hall and follow our spooky walk through the Kitchen Garden to the Pumpkin Patch. Stop along the way to learn some fun facts and take your Instagram worthy photos.
Wellies are essential as it can get muddy. Hallowe’en fancy dress is encouraged.
Patch open 1-31 October, 10am-4pm daily, while stocks last. Free entry, pay for what you pick. Prices start from £3 dependent on size.
*Dogs are not permitted in the Pumpkin Patch but are welcome on leads through the Kitchen Garden and to the Pumpkin Patch gate*
Golden Bottoms
Keep an eye out for golden bottoms! We’ll be hiding some golden bottomed pumpkins in the patch throughout October. If you find one you’ll win the pumpkin, a family ticket to Christmas in the Hall and a 4ft Doddington homegrown Christmas tree so keep your eyes peeled!
Make a day of it and visit our Farm Shop, Bauble Barn and enjoy seasonal treats in our Farm Shop Café or Grain Store Café.

Horse lovers who love Hallowe’en are in for a treat this spooky season, as equine charity Bransby Horses reopen their very own pumpkin picking patch in Lincoln.
Children can also take part in our Hocus Pocus Hallowe’en Scavenger Hunt at Bransby Horses. A magical quest filled with tricks, treats, and a dash of Hallowe’en fun. Explore our grounds, solve spooky clues, and uncover hidden surprises along the way. It’s the perfect Hallowe’en activity for kids to enjoy!

Come along to our pumpkin patch and pick your perfect pumpkin from where it has grown in the field. Lots of colours, shapes & sizes to choose from. Whatever your age you will certainly enjoy this fun family day out.

Pumpkin Picking Dusk Til Dark – 12th October 2024
Join us for an evening of music, fire, great food & of course Pumpkins. Stilt walking at 6:30pm with fire breathing from 8:30pm which is not to be missed.
Entry is £5 per car, pre-booking advised. Pumpkin picking from 6 til 9pm, just pay for what you pick. Delicious street food from Gourmazin and a licensed bar open during the evening (costs extra).

Get ready for Hallowe’en 2024 with the Gunby and Dragons Trail! Immerse yourself in an epic role-playing adventure where you can arrive in costume and let your imagination run wild. Will you be a warrior, a mage, or something else entirely? Roll the dice of fate to discover your character as you journey through the spooky trail. The event runs from 19th October to 2nd November, so gather your courage and prepare for a Hallowe’en experience!

Cast your eyes to the sky to catch a glimpse of gigantic monsters towering of the city of Lincoln this October half-term!
The Lincoln Monster Invasion will give you the chance to experience Lincoln a little differently this Hallowe’en. Eight gigantic inflatable monsters will invade Lincoln's rooftops from Castle Hill, all the way down to the University of Lincoln.
As night falls, the monsters will illuminate - follow the trail around Lincoln city centre on a spooky glow-in-the-dark adventure.
Look out for some extra special guests during the weekend too, including Ghostbusters and their famous Ecto 1 vehicle and the Lincoln Monster Mash!
