Our New Homes Department at Victory House, Doddington Road continues to be busy with the market still very buoyant and, in the main, achieving the asking prices.  Unfortunately, the lack of available land for the Developers to build new properties is still causing problems.

Developers are looking further afield from Lincoln to be able to find suitable sites where they can commence new builds and some buyers are having to consider a move away from their original location.

Investors are still keen in acquiring new homes for the high tenancy demand that remains in the area.

Vendors of residential properties with large gardens and acreage are increasingly applying for Planning Permission to offer for sale small development opportunities which are proving very popular.
