Introducing Emily Hetherington-Field

Emily joined Mundys Lettings  in March 2018 and has in excess of 4 years residential lettings experience in Lincoln. Emily started working at FranKeys Independent Estate Agents, before joining Walters Estate Agents in 2016. During this time Emily has worked with in all aspects of lettings, involved with both the initial letting of properties, property management and maintenance, helping her to  develop an excellent knowledge of Lincoln’s lettings market, industry legislation and residential property.

Emily is very much a people person and enjoys the customer service aspect of lettings. Being local to Lincoln and living within the city for all her life, she is proud to work within a business which is still independent and family run, and feels the local knowledge within the company helps to give the best service to landlords and tenants alike. In her spare time Emily enjoys socialising with family and friends, attending the gym and shopping.

At Mundys Lettings Emily is responsible for new business, liaising with Landlords who are looking for a Tenant to occupy their property, requiring assistance with the tenancy management of a property or portfolio; or considering a buy to let.
