Glasses are raised to toast the success of the Lincoln's Landlord & Investor Evening

Mundys & Chattertons McKinnells are celebrating the success of the jointly hosted Lincoln Landlord & Investor evening which took place at the Bentley Hotel on Thursday, 29th January 2015.

Poor weather did not deter Landlords and Investors who attended the free event held at the Bentley Hotel, Lincoln. The evening catered for existing and prospective property investors and provided an overview of the Lincoln lettings market, forecasts for 2015 and buy to let considerations, in addition to wider legal and industry updates.

Emily Otter, MARLA Lettings Manager at Mundys commented;

“The event was a brilliant success. The number of attendees surpassed even our best expectations, despite the poor weather.” She continued to say;

“The feedback from those who attended has been very positive. It seems that the industry and market updates were of particular interest to existing landlords with our forecasts and buy to let considerations of note to those who are looking to invest in property.”

This unique event was the first time in which Mundys & Chattertons McKinnells have joined forces to host a Landlord & Investor Event and it follows the substantial growth of UK Buy to Let Investment since 2010 with the growing trend set to continue. The evening was filled with six short presentations by specialist members of staff from both organisations with members of the Mundys & Chattertons McKinnells team on hand to discuss options and queries over a glass of wine.
