Another Fantastic Month at Mundys

July proved to be a very positive month for Mundys and sales increased by 23%.

We noticed a slight shift in the activity levels and we registered 25% more people who were actively searching for properties compared with June 2014.  This also represented a 15% increase on viewings being arranged on the properties we are currently marketing.

The property market continues to show more activity levels and sales below £250,000 and we are positive that August will prove to be another positive month for Mundys.

Well done to Emma Bowey and Darren Beckett in our Residential Sales Team who both had a good month in July.

We found that the most popular type of property to be sold during July were Detached Houses and the average asking price for the properties we sold was £169,902.
