Schools are back and activity levels increase!

Everyone at Mundys found September to be a very busy month.  With the good weather and summer holidays over, both the Lettings and Sales Departments saw an increase in activity.

In the Sales Department the number of properties coming on the market increased by 21% and this led to an increase in sales by 27%.  The number of Buyers registered looking to buy also increased slightly on the months of July and August.

The Lettings Department also experienced high demands in September and recorded its highest ever number of tenancy move-ins.
