Having recently completed an Extended Diploma in Events Management, I joined the team straight after finishing my studies and am excited to begin my career in estate agency. Began her career with the Royal Air Force, completing her service in Lincoln and remaining in the area. Joined Mundys in June 2025 as an Office Administrator. Brings extensive administrative experience from roles as a legal secretary and personal assistant within local legal and architectural practices. Possesses strong organisational skills, professionalism and in-depth local knowledge.

Born and educated in Lincoln, I bring over 30 years of experience in Media Sales and Marketing to the team. I’m passionate about delivering first-class customer service, believing it to be the cornerstone of any successful sales experience—both before and after the transaction.

I take pride in building strong client relationships and thrive on securing new business for the company, whether it’s a private home sale or a large-scale new build project.

Rachel has worked within the property sector within different agents in Lincoln for the last 20 years, working in all aspects of sales and lettings so is able to bring a wealth of experience to the role.  Customer Service remaining her main focus.

Alex joined Mundys in 2024 and is currently working towards his NAEA Level 3 qualification. As a member of Propertymark, he is committed to maintaining high professional standards within the property industry. With a genuine passion for property, Alex takes pride in helping clients achieve successful home sales while providing a positive and supportive experience throughout the process.
