With over 15 years of experience in the property industry, Donna is a key member of our Maintenance Department, providing support to tenants, contractors and colleagues alike. Known for her friendly and helpful approach, she works hard to ensure maintenance issues are resolved smoothly and efficiently. 

Jade works in maintenance within our Lettings Department, overseeing compliance and supporting the day-to-day management of our property portfolio. She brings experience from student lettings, alongside a background in renovation, purchasing, and project management, and is currently working towards her ARLA qualification.

Martyn moved from Kent in 2020 and has now found his home in Lincoln having met his wife and bought his first home. Having worked in the Lettings industry for the past 20 years Martyn remains passionate towards his original sentiment of matching people to their ideal homes. Working closely and building relationships with Landlords and Tenants alike. Martyn continues to expand his knowledge in all aspects of the industry and is a great addition to the Mundys Lettings Team bringing a wealth of additional knowledge and experience.

Anna joined the team in 2025 and has a friendly, professional approach. She is dedicated to making the letting process simple and hassle-free. With local knowledge and a focus on excellent customer service, she works closely with landlords and tenants to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Elizabeth has recently joined Mundys, bringing previous lettings experience and a genuine passion for property. She is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and takes pride in being attentive and supporting landlords in finding the right tenants for their homes. Elizabeth is responsible for external appointments, inspections, and inventories, ensuring a professional and smooth experience for both landlords and tenants.

Tammy joined Mundys in July 2025 as an Office Administrator, providing support to both the Sales and Lettings teams. She plays a key role in the day-to-day running of the office and helps ensure a smooth and professional experience for clients. Previously, Tammy worked in probate, where she developed strong organisational skills and gained valuable experience handling sensitive matters, which she now brings to her role at Mundys.

Elizabeth joined Mundys in 2024 and is ARLA qualified. Elizabeth really enjoys working within the property industry and is passionate about expanding her knowledge across the sector. Elizabeth enjoys going to the gym, attending gigs and concerts and walking her dog Glen.

Ashleigh joined Mundys in 2021 and has over 10 years of experience within the lettings industry. Ashleigh has worked with in all aspects of residential lettings and has vast knowledge of the Lincoln area. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Kirsty was born and educated in Lincoln.  After working in a managerial position in the hospitality sector Kirsty then joined Mundys in May 2019 working in our Lettings Department.  She has covered various roles but is now responsible for the Lettings Accounts.
