Manor Fields Development

G.S. Jones & Sons is working in partnership with Kingsmead Designs to develop Manor Fields, an 11-acre site outside Washingborough in Lincolnshire. The site has planning approval for the completion of 64 executive homes.

Each home will be unique, and will combine bespoke design with the usual high standard of craftsmanship. The development is a long-term project running from 2017 to 2024, with approximately 9 homes being completed each year.
