Three Great Reasons to Celebrate

Since the start of 2015 the housing market has continued to improve month by month and in March our Sales Team broke the Mundys' sales record which had been standing since 2003.  The changes in the Stamp Duty and the continued low Interest Rates has led to an increased number of buyers looking to move. Sales in all price brackets have continued to increase and prices have started to rise.  The rental market also continues to be very good, with many people buying properties within Lincoln as a Buy to Let Investment.  The Rental Team are available to give advice to any new or existing landlords.

Within Mundys we are pleased to announce the promotion of Lettings Manager, Emily Otter, to Associate and Elizabeth Boulton to Assistant Lettings Manager.
